Sorreltail: Why I named my kit Cinderkit.

The day Cinderkit was born, badgers had raided into the camp and my friend, Leafpool, also the clans medicine cat apprentice ran away with Crowfeather from wind clan. I didn't know where she went or why, but I suspected Cinderpelt knew where she was (Cinderpelt was muttering to herself all day) but I didn't have the chance to ask her.

There were hundereds of badgers during my kitting. I couldn't believe my eyes. The whole clan was outside fighting except Cinderpelt and I. A badger tore into the nurery and attacked. Cinderpelt did her best to protect me and herself from the badger as well as help me have my four kits. It was too much for her, the badger aimed a blog at her belly, and she died, though nobly.

My kits popped out just before she died. Then the last one came, she looked surprisingly familiar, like I'd seen her face before. Then it occured to me. Cinderpelt! She looks just like Cinderpelt! An idea hit me, Cinderpelt died for these kits, right? So I would name the fourth kit, Cinderkit, after Cinderpelt. And that's my story on why I named my kit Cinderkit.

Firestar: Why I didn't say good-bye to Princess

When I found out that we had to leave the forest, so many things occured to me, that I couldn't stand control. What am I going to tell the clan? How will we ever do it? Will they even do it? Will anyone die? There's so many things to do, how will I remember them all? But the one thing that hit me most was: What about Princess? I knew that we were going to be travelling far, Brambleclaw told me all about that, yes. We were leaving behind everything we ever knew! How were the kits going to travel? And without Graystripe, it was going to be even harder. He was like a second leader, always coming up with ideas I never would have thought of.

I decided that I had to forget about all that stuff. I had to put my clan first, before anything else. The day we were leaving, I looked back at the two-leg place. "Good-bye Princess...." I sighed. I vowed I would come back and visit her...atleast once. I would ask if she could join us, so she could see her son, and so that we could still see each other. 'Till now, I still plan for the day I make the long journey back to the forest, to convince Princess. And, oh, how I  hope she'll say "Yes."
